Net Terms Application:
To apply for credit terms, please complete the attached form and fax it to our office at 480-507-7882. The form must be completely filled out and signed by the owner or officer of the company. Until approved, Delaney & Brown, LLC terms are 50% Deposit & 50% COD. Once credit is approved, we will extend your company our Net 30 terms.
Prime Contractor's Certificate:
Please sign and return the Prime Contractor's Certificate to our office if you are the "prime" contractor for the job.
